Job Description
- Manage and coordinate training and back office administration activities
- Plan, manage and Operate training activities
- Can do some administrative training for it and non it staff
- Training evaluation
- Follow up with clients
- Surveys and questionnaires development
- Prepare, manage and operate training classes internally (in office - out of office - at client site - out of Egypt)
- Plan and coordinate with trainers
- Follow up with candidates
Job Requirements
- Good strong knowledge and experience in ms platforms / systems / applications / tools , etc.
- Good analysis and design skills
- Good strong knowledge and experience multi user environment background
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Good reporting skills
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good collaboration and coordination
- Good presence and style
- Fluent English is a must
- Background in engineering is plus
- Ability to use and administrate project management software and platforms
- Living in Nasr City / Heliopolis / New Cairo is a plus
- Male or female but both will be committed
- Experience in project management is a plus
- IT experience is a must
- Certification for ms / it systems / it applications and platforms / communication is a plus
- Must not be member or act or donate or having any activity with any party / NGO or else that is based on discrimination based on ethnic / religion / politics / color / gender / nationality / age or similar by any mean
- Egyptian and Non-Egyptian nationality applies
