Job Description

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Preparing correspondence.
  • Liaising with the media representatives and press journalists
  • Upload YouTube videos and write description and tags as required from the online media team
  • Respond to incoming inquiries across online media platforms (email, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
  • Archive work documents and files (both offline and online)
  • Open and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Maintain appointments schedules and handling enquiries.
  • Answer the telephone and greeting the visitors.
  • Following task given by the manager to meet deadlines.
  • Managing all office and administrative aspects and ensuring smooth execution of daily office workings.
  • Supporting company operations by maintaining office system and supervising staff needs.
  • Handles wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks
  • Able to communicate effectively through oral and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
  • Prepare attendance statistical reports.
  • Manage spreadsheets.
  • Greet and receive visitor.
  • Coordinates office management activities.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Prepare agenda for meetings.
  • Maintain office procedures.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
  • Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Sign for mail packages.
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
