Job Description
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; and work closely with HRBPs to deliver recruitment needs.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internal & external hiring and builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites.
- Maintain an updated report of placements and potential job opportunities for the different functions.
- Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall; local as well as multinationals.
- Execute pre-screening and/or final face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts & supports panels in concern with assessment.
- Submit candidate’s offers and follow-up until on boarding.
- Coordinates with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
- Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
- Provide weekly updates to HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.
- Investigates opportunities for the introduction of new recruitment vendors, monitors expenditures per vendor and the job vacancy.
- Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes
- Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
- Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible
- Analyzes the recruitment software and recommends and implements changes to it
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication or any related Human Science field is required.
- Very good command of Arabic and English (written, orally)
- Very good computer skills (esp. MS Office applications)
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment is needed.
- Familiar with the local employment market and community resources.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literate including knowledge of Internet surfing; media & email communications
