Job Description

  • Follow up deadlines.
  • Make sure they are clear on the calendar and remind both directors of the planned meetings and appointments
  • Issue and follow up PRs as well as provide update to others about the Purchase requests
  • Handle all meetings arrangements, including appointments, agendas and location and catering
  • Take Minutes of meetings and follow up with the team members
  • Follow up on objectives and tasks with team members
  • Travel arrangements
  • Join the regular HR and Finance Meetings
  • Review contracts and presentation
  • Research on topics that are related to HR and Finance projects
  • Follow up on projects and prepare reports
  • Cooperate / handle some projects with the support of the responsible team member such as on boarding for new employees

Job Requirements

  • Bsc. Business Administration
  • Excellent English Section
  • Excellent Communication Skills
