Job Description
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Schedules & coordinates appointments.
- Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree required (Preferably Bachelor of Commerce).
- At least 1 year of hands on administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Very Good mathematical skills.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
