Job Description

  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Schedules & coordinates appointments.
  • Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required (Preferably Bachelor of Commerce).
  • At least 1 year of hands on administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Very Good mathematical skills.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
