Summary
Senior HR Officer is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Job Description:
- Develop and update the company’s Organization Chart.
- Develop a salary scale for current and future positions according to the market using surveys and analysis.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Training programs development through training needs analysis for each department.
- Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Support organization development initiatives and conduct training sessions on various subject matters.
- Prepare analyses on various HR initiatives across the organization.
- Use core HR systems, functional knowledge, analytics, and appropriately apply HR policies, laws, and regulations.
- Develop HR Process Cycles.
- Create through leaders/managers a positive work culture which drives employee engagement and productivity.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- 4-5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Fluent English language and excellent linguistic skills.
- HR Diploma is a major plus.
- Solid experience in developing organization charts and salary scales.
- Ability to travel outside Egypt if needed.
