Job Description

Summary

Senior HR Officer is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.

Job Description:

  • Develop and update the company’s Organization Chart.
  • Develop a salary scale for current and future positions according to the market using surveys and analysis.
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Training programs development through training needs analysis for each department.
  • Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
  • Support organization development initiatives and conduct training sessions on various subject matters.
  • Prepare analyses on various HR initiatives across the organization.
  • Use core HR systems, functional knowledge, analytics, and appropriately apply HR policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Develop HR Process Cycles.
  • Create through leaders/managers a positive work culture which drives employee engagement and productivity.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Fluent English language and excellent linguistic skills.
  • HR Diploma is a major plus.
  • Solid experience in developing organization charts and salary scales.
  • Ability to travel outside Egypt if needed.
