Job Description
- To coordinate, assist in implement all HR functions according to company strategy,policy,instructions.
- Organize all HR paper files
Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. - Track, update, and send reminders for all HR Calendar related events or tasks.
- Responsible for contracts issuance & renewal including all government related issues.
- Receiving and sending needed information from and to HR
- Track and update employees attendance records (punching in/out, vacations, personal time off, holiday tracks)
- Checking the mail daily and do the assigned tasks including:
Apply any changes according to the business needs (cancelling vacations, change self-service groups… etc.) - Reply to any administrative related inquiries
- Issuing IDs for new permanent employees and trainees
- End to end processing of company payrolls (weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly).
- Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system.
- Updating and maintaining payroll records.
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
- Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances etc.
- Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.
- Payroll administration.
- Calculation and processing of termination payments.
- Processing increases and calculation of back pays.
Job Requirements
- B.sc. degree - business administration is preferable
- 1-2 yeas experience
- Good command in English language,and Computer applications -MS office and good user in social media and software
- Hard worker
