Job Description
- Design and execute test plans on software applications.
- Record and document results and compare to expected results.
- Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
- Generate historical analysis of test results.
- Maintain database of software defects.
- Provide application instructions for users.
- Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Experience in manual functional, regression, Integration.
- Knowledge of software test case design techniques like boundary value, decision table, state transition,
- Use case testing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Perform application security audits.
- Ensure data integrity standards.
- Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.
- Knowledge of Vsphere technology on VMware and HyperV is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of real experience
- Very good understanding of the software development and testing process.
- Very good Impact analysis skills on all issues
- Very good reporting skills
- Very good knowledge in software testing types and techniques.
- Very Good knowledge in test planning and test strategy design.
- Good knowledge in testing estimation techniques
- Knowledge in test script initiation and execution.
- Knowledge in working with a test management tools.
- Performance testing Knowledge is a plus.
- Security testing Knowledge is a plus.
- Very good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good work ethics, Team player, positive and self-motivated.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
