Job Description
- Manage attendance, annuals, excuses, one- to- one meetings, and appraisals with maintenance team, housekeeping, office boys, security teams, and the runner.
- Support In all HR Functions.
- Meeting Room reservations.
- Manage company’s assets by managing the company’s store containing all office equipment, in addition to providing employees with needed equipment (to be bought new or already present in the store).
- Transporting office equipment to/from the company at Cairo-Alex-Beni Suef-Mansoura office.
- Communicate with the responsible company for fixing and/or maintaining the printer, monitoring cameras, fire extinguishers, and fire alarms.
- Support in the annual inventory done by the finance team.
- In case of visits ensure cleanness of the company, get food and drinks to visitors when needed.
- Communicate with food and beverages companies to provide Parkville with mineral water, and kitchen needs.
- Provide employees with meals during Meetings-Trainings.
- Support the top Management in any task needed.
- Support Other Departments to perform their jobs effectively.
Job Requirements
