Job Description

A personal assistant (PA), sometimes called an executive secretary or personal/private secretary, works closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • PAs help managers to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Carrying out specific projects and research
  • Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management

All the tasks, duties and responsibilities mentioned above it will be according to the management decision.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills (Must have)

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Advanced internet
  • Fast typing

Non-Technical Skills

  • Fluent in written/spoken English
  • Good communication skills both verbal & listening
  • Self-awareness/confidence (Purposeful, focused, reflective, perceptive, honest, self-belief, objective, realistic, balanced)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Nice to have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team
  • Nice to have dedication and commitment towards work
