Personal Assistant for the chairman of the group with the following qualifications:
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meeting
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
