Job Description

  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Perform bookkeeping.
  • Prepares budget previsions on yearly basis and monitor the budget and cash forecast monthly.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information – Process AP, AR, Cash and GL
  • Summarizes on monthly basis current financial status; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other group reports
  • Summarizes on weekly basis cash review and expenses validation
  • Create cost centers per project and follows cost control
  • Issue customer invoices and calculated monthly turnover and work in progress per project
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • On yearly basis substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Prepare payroll and follow social security: employee’s registration, declaration and payment.
  • Tax payment and declaration (withhold tax, sales taxes, salary tax, revenue tax...)
  • Manage petty cash and control the petty cash expenses.
  • Manage medical insurances, property and liability insurances.

Job Requirements

  • BSC or MBA degree in Finance
  • 2 years’ experience in similar function
  • Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Egyptian accounting rules, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management.
  • MS Office – Excel – Dolphin accounting Software and/or Sage Pastel area plus.
