Job Description
elmenus is a growing tech start up. We want to bring to the team a highly motivated, young, aspiring manager with a solid grounding in accounting. Your role will be:
- Institute a new finance and accounting system (infrastruture, controls, accounts, etc)
- Handle all banking relationships (including international banking)
- Handle all client finance interface
- Work with the partners to execute debt and equity raises and other corporate finance initiatives
- Work with partners to forecast, update and track performance vs budget
- Set up and manage simple control procedures
- Manage other various administrative issues typical of a growing start up
Job Requirements
Must Have:
- 2 to 5 years experience in an accounting / finance role in an audit firm or a sophisticated corporate
- Impeccable oral and written English
- Extremely organised; you enjoy putting structure around unstructured situations
- Familiarity with banking transactional processes
- Ability to mentor and manage a growing team
- Ability to prioritise without being micro managed
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity
- Previous experience in a managerial capacity
- A passion for food
