- Achieve company HR budget goals and requirements
- Manage Recruitment Cycle from creating job posts until recruitment.
- Maintain a list of company job vacancies and requirements.
- Maintain an updated queue of job candidates of each company job.
- Discover and cooperate with new recruitment channels and agencies.
- Manage communications with recruitment agencies and websites.
- Prepare, manage and carry out job interviews.
- Manage and supervise technical evaluation of job candidates.
- Employee competence management and perform periodic skill gap analysis.
- Manage employee development / performance evaluation and appraisals.
- Keep track and archive of employee documentation and HR documentation.
- Create, manage and track employee training plan.
- Provide a common language for communication between staff and management.
- Develop company HR standards and regulatory rules and manage its execution.
- Ensure successful implementation of company HR policies and rules.
- Maintain updated personnel information on company HR software system.
