Main Responsibilities
- Manage the ‘Tell& Sell’ program and fulfill all the employees’ referrals requests.
- Improve Quality of sales (suspensions rate, shelf churn, deactivation & nonpayment).
- Increase our voice market share & achieve monthly target.
- Increase our data market share & achieve our monthly target.
- Increase our solutions market share & achieve our monthly target.
- Daily, weekly & monthly planned visits for all regions.
- Increase our market share for existing accounts.
- Quality of product mix “Voice, Data & handsets”.
- Alignments with all stakeholders” marketing, customer care, P&S & network.
- Efficient & Effective Operation Management.
- Weekly & monthly planed visits log report submitted.
- Up sell and maintain existing accounts.
- Complaint handling.
- Team coaching & development.
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- University Degree.
- From 0 to 2 years’ Experience.
- Communication skills.
- Sales skills.
- Follow Up skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Computer skills are a must, especially MS office.
- Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral) and Very good computer skills.
