Job Description
Vacancy opened for Operations Coordinator in a well established Industrial Lubricants firm.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Secures and accurately process customers’ order.
- Coordinates with involved parties and company departments (sales, accounting, supply, warehouse, etc…) during shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment for optimum customer satisfaction in a cost effective manner.
- Monitors on daily basis orders status in compliance with the delivery policy or any special customer delivery requirements in coordination with the concerned.
- Provides simple technical information and direct complex ones to the concerned channel within the organization while maintaining a single point of contact with customers.
- Receives and records customer inquiries through telephone, email or fax and coordinates with the sales team to prepare and send quotations and offers.
- Handles any ad-hoc/cash in-office sales directly as per company policy and procedures.
- Monitors customers credit status in coordination with Credit Function & Sales to contribute in reducing financial exposure and achieving company overdue targets
- Implements telemarketing sales programs in coordination with the Marketing Department to achieve the endorsed marketing strategies through existing customers or reviving dormant ones.
- Captures, coordinates and follow up timely resolution of customers complaints/queries with the concerned ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Monitors customer’s achievement of their sales objectives and communicates to the sales team any deviations to take corrective actions ensuring meeting company targets.
Job Requirements
- Higher Education (University or similar)
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc...)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong follow up skills and high focus on details
- Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, business administration.
- Ability to take broad responsibilities and deliver under pressure
- Good time management skills
