Job Description
Carries out Administrative & Secretarial duties in a routine nature on the basis of standard of detailed instruction or in accordance with established procedures. Such work encompasses the recording of information in established formats, maintaining/updating and retrieval of files and general office work.
Job Duties:
- Carries out Secretarial works for the Management Team.
- Receives and diverts incoming company correspondence.
- Administers the sales staff office reporting, field work and vacation plans in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Prepares for management meetings with major customers and prepare necessary travel arrangements.
- Prepares, checks, proofreads and forwards all official correspondence, internal reports, memorandum and circulars.
- Recording / file keeping all company correspondence with the most appropriate files management.
- Follow up on actions matters as requested by the Management Team.
- Arrange & replenish stationery required.
- Handles all inter-correspondence between the Sales Department and other functional departments, ensures timely and accurate inter-departmental information exchange and follows up agreed upon action plans – all according to company policies and standards.
- Administers weekly Sales Team meeting, prepares and distributes action plans, sales reports, minutes of meetings, etc…
Job Requirements
- Higher Education (University or similar)
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc…)
- Ability to take broad responsibilities and deliver under pressure
- Good time management skills
