Job Description
- Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings.
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations "Noting that there will be a commission for each purchased product "
- Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.
Job Requirements
- Graduate preferred and Undergraduates are welcomed .
- 0 – 2 years in a call center.
- IT Skills: Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Languages: fluent French is a must (oral/written).
