Job Description
- Understand project objective through discussing project brief with client/ GM and/or department manager.
- Prepare project proposal, project budget, data collection tool, all project materials and stimulus as well as project action & time plan.
- Manage the project team and brief all team members/ other sections/ departments included in project; such as FW team, back check, quality control, admin/finance, etc.
- Discuss project details, progress and updates with manager/ client.
- Daily follow up on project execution and fully ensure control with regard to team, tasks, budget, etc.
- Prepare project analysis plan, grid, tools, lead do the analysis / tabulations/ etc.
- Responsible for following and maintaining research criteria and success standards.
- Prepare research findings report.
- Present research findings.

- Handle one-three projects simultaneously.
- Full knowledge of research basics; questionnaire design/ qualitative techniques, analysis tools and methods, software(s), research different methods, etc.
- Communication skills
- Advanced English language – for marketing research projects that are reported in English
- Full understanding of research operations (FW, quality control, coding, data entry, data, tabulations)
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Marketing background – for marketing research projects
