Support CompuCare clients,
Maintain Servers,
Install Microsoft Servers products (SQL, Exchange, and ISA),
Building new networks and Monitor Network traffic
Providing Day to Day support for Our Customers HQ and branches
Providing the needed maintenance tasks for software and hardware
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Monitor and maintain network devices including switches, routers and firewalls
Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
Assist in the roll-out of new applications
Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades and Backup's
Perform other related duties as assigned

MS Windows server2003/2008/2012 operating system.
MS SQL database server and SQL server replication.
MS ISA 2000/2004./2006 and TMG
Active Directory.
Citrix remote access.
Share point Portal Server.
Good Knowledge of DELL/IBM/HP Servers.
Network troubleshooting.
nGood knowledge of Leased lines/ADSL/SDSL/VPN connections.
Setup and configure routers.
Build Cluster. -MS Exchange 2000/2003 mail server.
Required professional experience (At least 2 years) Using the Certification of MCSE windows 2010 or windows 2010 Certified (Exchange and ISA should be included)
Hands on experience creating Infrastructure Roles (DNS - DHCP - IIS)
UTM /Fiewall experienced
IOS Administration
