Job Description
Media Republic is a leading independent ad agency in Egypt with clients comprising some of the coolest international brands in the business including Google, Allianz, LG, the UN, Heineken, Pirelli, Sahl Hasheesh and many more.We are looking to hire an experienced Art Director - an ideas person able to create 360 degree concepts - capable of delivering on creative communications requirements of our client.
Your role will include:

- Being a strategic thinker who is full of creative ideas.
- Collaborating in creative sessions with our creative director and copywriters.
- Driving the creative team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and implementing master visual, and campaign concepts.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Follow up and directing a team of designers, and guiding them through implementation of their work.
- Set the deadlines of projects, and ensure all creative work is delivered on time in line with our creative director.
- Coordinate with the Account Director in ensuring client briefs are met.
- Monitoring photo shooting quality along with guidance.
- Reporting directly to the CD & MD and advise on designer requirements, capabilities and performance.

- An impressive portfolio and a flair for strong, concept based design.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working at international/local advertising agencies.
- Diverse and strong experience working on substantial multinational and local brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe design suite (AI, Photoshop etc…)
- A proven track record of delivering great creative concepts.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
