Job Description
- Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Independently, correct and timely process all administrative supportive tasks for the management
- Assist in preparing management presentations, meetings with personnel and external visitors and receive external visitors of the management board
- Attend Management or other meetings and take minutes, as directed by his/her direct manager.
- Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the office.
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Coordinate office activities and schedules; develop and recommend office procedures and systems; ensure smooth office operations.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree in business administration.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, business writing and comprehension)
- Proficiency in using MS Office Applications.(Especially Power point)
