Job Description
- Promote sales of properties through handlening clients provided by Blue Rock, cold calls, prospecting, and networking.
- ( New Homes / Resale / Residential / Commercial ) agents are welcomed.
- Accompany clients to property site, discuss deal conditions, and draw up real estate contracts.
- Study, and generate property listings, property inspection, and interview prospective clients.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Attend real estate events
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Real Estate Agency.
- Presentable.
- Good English.
- A proven track record of sales generated.
- Sales target planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Car is a must.
