Job Description
- Maximize reliability, security and performance while condsidering ease of expansion and growth flexibility.
- Design, build, deploy and maintain complex Cloud systems, and constantly reassess and improve Cloud infrastructure.
- Perform system monitoring, verify availability and integrity of all servers, systems and key processes.
- Perform security monitoring to identify possible intrusions and prevent security breaches, and perform regular backups.
- Plan and deploy new feature roll-outs.
- Evaluate processes and products to provide well documented recommendations.
- Evaluate security concerns and work with both internal and external resources for resolution.
- Identify, research and resolve issues for customers using software package, utilize available informational resources.
- Prioritize and resolve problems as they arise and notify management of potential problems, as necessary, pertaining to software and network functionality, customer relations, company documentation and internal processes & regulations.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by recognizing potential or actual customer complaint situations, and take appropriate action or follow-up until resolved.
- Evaluate realistic infrastructure growth and performance forecasting based on operational trending analysis; Capacity, Management and Planning.
- Remain up-to-date on technological changes within the industry through research and training.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services offered as well as internal departmental activities to effectively provide support.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Telecommunication/ ElectronicsEngineering or related major.
Experience :
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Microsoft and Network Certifications is a plus.
Skills and abilities:
- Expert knowledge of Windows/ Linux OS, network topologies, and different families of x86 servers hardware.
- Expert knowledge of different virtualized servers management platforms.
- Fair knowledge of Multi-site applications, including disaster recovery and load-balancing.
- Expert knowledge of cloud systems Design, build and operate experience
- Familiar with different Pubilc/ private cloud providers & Fair knowledge of different Storage systems and vendors.
