- Coach & Supervise Staff (Receptionists, Sales, Trainers & H.K).
- Manage Petty Cash & Budget.
- Enhance profitability.
- Keep statistical and financial records.
- Maintain Fitness Equipment.
- Maintain a high level of Customer Service standards.
- Undertake administrative tasks.
- Deal with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
- Provide Top Managements with Regular Reports.
