Job Description

  • Coach & Supervise Staff (Receptionists, Sales, Trainers & H.K).
  • Manage Petty Cash & Budget.
  • Enhance profitability.
  • Keep statistical and financial records.
  • Maintain Fitness Equipment.
  • Maintain a high level of Customer Service standards.
  • Undertake administrative tasks.
  • Deal with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
  • Provide Top Managements with Regular Reports.

Job Requirements

  • Good Physical Fitness.
  • Smart Appearance.
  • Possess Excellent Customer Service, Business, Management, Sales and Marketing, Problem Solving, Interpersonal, Organizational and Communication Skills.
  • High level of conduct and professionalism.
  • Experience of managing Staff.
  • Experience in dealing with Customers.
  • Experience in delivering a range of studio classes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Fitness Equipment is a plus.
