Job Description
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers by phone calls, emails and meetings.
- Greet customers as they arrive and ask for particular choice.
- Provide information on the car that customers ask for.
- Advise customers regarding payment options or loans and leasing banking services.
- Follow up on closed sales and provide after sales service .
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales with customer.
- Deliver a unique customer experience while engaging and providing them with professional service.
- Provide periodically sales plan and reports to manager.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Perfect in English ( Reading & Writing ) .
- 2 years of experience at least in automotive field or 3 years in sales in general .
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
