Job Description
- Developing new policies that support operational and control procedures to promote the efficient completion of work; reviews and evaluates work being accomplished to ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly plan to achieve the monthly productivity target and customers delivery date.
- Analyze production specification and plant capacity; perform mathematical calculations to determine capacity utilization & manufacturing process for all resources.
- Plan monthly and annual needs of spare parts and preventive maintenance.
- Ensures that every step of the process is functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities.
- Building team capabilities through forwarding needs and objectives to line managers and key persons to help the entire team understand the timing required and individual input necessary to make the process run smoothly to avoid miscommunications which may generate costly delays and lost sales opportunities.
- Ongoing process improvement and cost reduction to improve the agreed service level and to achieve higher profit.
- Managing the relationships between operation and commercials teams by improving and maintaining the high level of service.
- Training, developing, mentoring and assisting team subordinates to ensure that the various components of the team function effectively. And to ensure that the process stays cost effective.
Job Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in the same filed.
- B.sc of Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/Industrial…..).
- Excellent in English.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
