- Assuring SLA (Service Level Agreement) is met.
- Ambassador to The Customer in favor to prevent problems and extend satisfaction.
- Minimize risk and maximize opportunities by securing customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
- At least 3 years of Sales experience within medium to large Real Estate / Properties companies. Working for an international Real Estate company is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate/ Property Management Customer Service/ Support. He or She must have achieved high Customer Service levels/ satisfaction within the local or external markets.
The following is a must to have:
- Possesses understanding of contemporary Customer Experience/ Satisfaction.
- Professional Problem Solving/ Conflict Resolution techniques.
- Knowledge of selling different types of property as an investment.
- Ability to achieve CS KPI.
- Team working and working under extreme pressure.
