Job Description
Network Management & Supervision:
- Involve in adaptation and definition of dealer's standards catalogue for Egyptian market in cooperation with respective business units and regional management.
- Participate in the conduct of dealer's standards audit on a yearly basis,evaluation and preparation of reconciliationactions if required
- Manage and maintain dealer's contracts , follow up on changes and amendmants in coordination with legal department
Corporate Identity:
- Ensure dealer's consistent adherence to Mercedes-Benz corporate identity
- Propos, implement and support dealer's request for certain solutions
- Act as point of contact between dealers and suppliers
Retail Human Resources:
- Prepare and coordinate the assessment for the candidates for the retail positions
- Maintain and communicate updated retail organization chart
- Support dealers in drafting the relevant job descriptions in order to meet blueprint requirements
Network Compliance:
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or any relevant field
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation and project management skills
