Job Description

We require the candidate to be responsible of the following duties.
  • Managing online campaigns post-sales up until campaign ends.
  • Setting up the Affiliate Program on tracking platform
  • Testing Affiliate Program before it goes live
  • Sustaining a high level of quality assurance to ensure various campaign elements
  • Go live on time & end smoothly with the utmost results.
  • Handling a portfolio of clients.
  • Responding to different client ad hoc requests on a timely manner..
  • Solving campaign conflicts and coming up with reasonable resolutions..
  • Maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring top level service.
  • Go live on time & end smoothly with the utmost results.
  • Documenting workflow via various forms and the use of CRM system.

Job Requirements

As part of an Affiliate network, your job purpose is to manage the Merchant post sales which is a critical part of the success of any Affiliate Network.
  • A bachelor degree or higher
  • Speaks, write, and understands English & Arabic fluently
  • One to two years experience in Online Marketing
  • Use of Microsoft Office

As per standards.

  • 9 hours daily
  • 1 hour lunch break
