Job Description
A leading Telecommunication Company looking to hire a Sales Manger as following:
- The ideal candidate will act as Riyadh Branch Sales Manager in the field of structured cabling.
- Manages all the sales leads from current customers and attract new customers.
- Have the ability to handle corporate sales as well as projects sales and work closely with various contractors.
- Must have good knowledge of the various aspects of IT networks and telecommunications and previous experience in the sales of computer hardware.
- Have the ability to manage and motivate the sales team as well as developing their skills by coaching and monitoring.
- Should be able to set the sales plan of the branch and ensure achieving the target.
- Able to grow the sales channels and retain the existing clients base.
- Demonstrates advanced administrative experience of the staff and company resources.
- Ensure the compliance/ adherence of the company policy and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Experience required is not less than 5 years as a senior sales executive with proven success record.
- Posses advanced leadership skills with strong analytical abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of bid preparation and excellent commercial awareness.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
