Job Description
- Manage the whole project life cycle, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closure.
- Provide regular status reports and proactively offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly monitor client satisfaction and takes improvement actions when necessary.
- Coordinating between all the projects stakeholders to ensure safely following of the work breakdown structure.
- Responsible for maintaining effective and supportive communications with both internal and external stake holders regarding project scope, financials, progress, and status.
- Representing PM department in meetings with clients, vendors, partners and resources.
- Responsible for risk control.
- Drive and participate in the development of project workflows which focus on quality in all aspect of project delivery.
- Reporting to the direct manager and providing data and project information.
Job Requirements
- 2 years experiences in Localization Project Management.
- Excellent English skills.
- Excellent presentation/communication skills.
- Well organized.
- Familiarity with basic business software tools.
- Honest, hand worker and reliable.
- Planning and scheduling skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks, under pressure flexibly.
- Troubleshooting, problem-solver.
- Preferably residing in - or close to - Al-Mokattam
