Job Description
Impact:
- Contribute to projects and assignments that have some impact on the department.
- Problem Complexity / Process:
- Review all requests for rate changes and rates for new business to ensure they comply with policy, and approve as appropriate
- Update Client Evaluation Models
- Update margin models
- Identify areas of opportunities for potential revenue of country
- Report location wise top loss makers and support corrective actions
- Assist in strategizing negotiation when addressing loss makers
Customer / Stakeholder:
- Assist Pricing Manager in providing pricing support
- Provide Sales Function with consistent one off pricing, which will return positive net margin to the company
- Train all field sales and telesales executives to understand the costing and pricing rationale
Autonomy:
- Work under general supervision with regular review following established procedures.
People Management:
- May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level personnel in Associate roles
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree /Tertiary Education or related work experience in related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in related field.
- Entry level professional contributor
- Understands fundamental concepts and theories
- Limited knowledge of industry practices.
