Job Description

Sales Account Manager

Account Manager is expected to plan and carry out business development activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Soorabook  to major accounts and customers.


  • Performs and plans sales visits for corporate clients.
  • In charge of the overall management, interaction and communication with target group of clients.
  • Submits a sales visit report following each visit to his/ her direct manager.
  • Submit a consolidated report weekly, including number of successful and failure calls done, and reasons of failure associated with positive solutions using attached format.
  • Implement sales programs effectively.
  • Ensure continuous customer satisfaction of the accounts he/she is in charge of and increase their business volume with Soorabook
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, pricing policy and packages, and discount rates.
  • Reviews and analyze competitors' positions on a periodic basis and prepare reports to the Business Development Manager with findings.
  • Keeps an updated record of all provided services data as well as customers' data.
  • Deal with and resolve all customer complaints and act immediately.
  • Ensure immediate reaction to emergencies, diagnoses faults quickly and makes immediate improvements.
  • Implement and monitor own job key performance indicators.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Sales and business development experience
  • Very Good command of English language
  • Owns a Car
