Welcomes and greet customers then ascertain each customer requirements clearly.
Describes merchandise utility, operation, ranges, and how to care/keep.
Assist to locate, obtain, recommend, or select, merchandise based on customer needs.
Maintains knowledge of merchandise features and benefits, sales, promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Prepare the daily replenishment order of the section as well as receive and fill the merchandise shelves constantly.
Maintain the retail standards of the section such as pricing, displays, cleanness, stocks, variety, etc.
Achieve the daily sales target of the section by effective efforts and management of the section sales team members.
Feedback about customer’s comments, requirement, special orders, or complaints.
Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with the retail team.
Ensure the daily tasks obtained within the same working shift or properly handover the task to the next shift member of the section then upon accomplishment it should be report it back to the superior.
Able to learn and identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences, or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
Keeps a record of products movement ratio in the section for proper feedback to his superior.

Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly (listens, understands, and speaks).
Good Interpersonal skills.
Fair knowledge of customer service basics.
Groomed, Presentable and self organized personality.
Capability of analyzing information and evaluates results to choose the best solution of solving problems.
University degree is preferred.
Details and Results oriented and self driven.
