Job Description
Responsible for managing the sales team and sales processes with the objective of selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals / upgrades to current F3 members. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Set sales targets and aloocate them to the sales team
- Handle the front-line sales process and reception administration
- Co-develop marketing plans, activities and events
- Generate leads
- Generate sales through promotional campaigns, face-to-face pitches, phone calls and in-house presentations
- Maintain accurate records of the Factory’s members database, classes and personal training attendance using the Factory’s operating system
- Establish and maintain a referral program
- Follow the Factory's standard operating procedures
- Deliver business reports as needed or required (active members, attendance, renewal report, revenue/expenses etc.)
- Perform similar, job-related duties and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business Administration
- Minimum of three years experience in media, corporate, sports and leisure, or tourism setting with emphasis on sales or customer service
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently
- Extrovert, Confident, Ambitious, Organized and Punctual
- Fitness or sports enthusiast is a plus
