Job Description
Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals / upgrades to current gym members. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Generate sales through promotional campaigns, face-to-face pitches, phone calls and in-house presentations
- Maintain accurate records of the Factory’s members database, classes and personal training attendance using the Factory’s operating system
- Greet, welcome and direct visitors/members appropriately and conduct gym tours as needed
- Establish and maintain a referral program
- Follow the Factory's standard operating procedures
- Deliver business reports as needed or required (active members, attendance, renewal report, revenue/expenses etc.)
- Understand and enforce the Factory's rules, regulations and policies with professionalism and confidence
- Communicate directly with and utilize the assistance of the Managing Director, Sales Manager, Fitness staff/instructors and cleaning staff to ensure the above duties and responsibilities are achieved daily
- Perform similar, job-related duties and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business Administration
- Minimum one year experience in media, corporate, sports and leisure, or tourism setting with emphasis on sales or customer service
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently
- Extrovert, Confident, Ambitious, Organized and Punctual
- Fitness or sports enthusiast is a plus
