Job Description
Job Purpose:
- A Document Controller maintains and manages all-important documents either for a particular project or for whole organization and assures that it is easily accessible and stored.
- Maintain a master log of the organization/project documents
- Archive and retrieve documents easily to achieve maximum efficiency
- Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable
- Register all incoming and outgoing correspondence to be easily recalled
- Generate various document control reports for the director as required
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of similar experience
- Arabic: Fluent
- English: good
- Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated high communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Frequent use of hands required
- May require to be in a prolonged seated position
