Job Description
Handle all marketing-related activities for external as well as internal audiences, including:
- developing and executing the annual marketing plan (seasonal offers, events, activities...)
- managing the digital media strategy and presence
- handling internal marketing initiatives (customer communications, offers, signs, surveys...)
- ensuring an overall positive customer experience
- staying current on latest fitness trends, topics and competitive activities
- supporting the sales process from start to finish
- overseeing the design, printing, photography of all marketing and promotional material
- performing other marketing-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or Business Administration
- Minimum two years experience in media, corporate, sports and leisure, or tourism setting with emphasis on marketing, strategic planning, or project management
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Experience with graphic design, photography, and website management
- Ability to manage meetings and present to internal and external audiences
