- Meet clients’ requests in an efficient and professional manner.
- Meeting their needs in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations and car rentals.
- Deliver optimal results by using prior knowledge of the traveling process to anticipate and solve any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements
Must have:
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Hotels and Booking systems e.g. Hotel Beds, GTA etc..)
- Good Knowledge in Amadeus
- Sound knowledge of destinations
- Clients handling skills, itinerary making & quotation
- Knowledge in Visa procedures and following up with the clients during and after their trip
- Arranging Tailor Made/ Fixed Outbound Packages
