Accountabilities

1. Business Delivery

Superior CoverageBe preferred operating company for trade.Ensure the proper roll out of overall company strategic & objectives.Managing our visibility in the trade to meet the company requirements.Achieving the regional monthly product mix quota ( prepaid , post paid , MNP,USB,ADSL)expanding the sales channels to gain our fair market share by increasing the number of Active outlets through the HH routesGaining our fair revenue share by improving the quality of Sales (3rd rated at the same month of activation).Be number one in reach coverage according to market research by increasing the availability of all our SKU’s nationwide RED and AC Nelson and guide line Monitoring recharge card for both availability and prices at your region. Putting an action plan for distributing ETU Sims & increasing the awareness of the e-topup to increase the penetration of ETU in all telecom outlets in addition to the potential non-traditional to increase the value percentage matching the Dep. quota.Implementing focus plan for weak areas based on our revenue map / regional GA / 3rd cross net vs. competitors.Increasing the number of active non X dealer, by allocating target based on their classes, with suggested special budget & tactical drives to achieve below minimum flooring:-Class A – 200 line/monthClass B – 100 line/monthClass C – 50 line/monthClass D – 25 line/month

2. Organisational Capacity

Provide leadership and support for all the trade & to act like owners.Maintain and support productive, professional relationships with trade.Follow the monthly route to ensure covering the X, A, B, C & D classes.Attend the Sales team trainings required to run their day to day job.Ensure that POS materials / assets and sales material are "in theatre" within the selected outlets in the territory.Prepare and give product presentations to the staff in the shops and motivate them to sellProspect for new potential in the selected territory.Ensure general monitoring of competitive activity, through daily reports.Ensure efficient communication with the internal sales team and sales operations team.

3. Systems Development

Get greater visibility over dealers channel by placing new channel automation systems in place i.e.: DCA, Sub Coding, Red, Scorecard, E Top Up, etc.Ensure that systems work properly at dealer’s outlets and reports are managed in an accurate manner.Reporting and presenting his zone activities and results.Monitoring all the competitor moves in the trade with no time reporting.Ensure proper systems are in place for the distribution of Point of Sale Material across the channel
