Job Description
- Create a supportive and professional environment that encourages individuals and team action plans.
- Plan and develop direct and indirect business.
- Manage key accounts that impact EGD business.
- Plan and develop team members’ strategies.
- Develop and direct team members’ activities.
- Monitor, evaluate and develop team members’ performance and maintain performance tracking.
- Participate in districts meeting to help support and gather information necessary for analysis and data base.
- Participate in team action plan development, problem solving and decision making
- Ensure that effectively and efficiently executing of company offers and also company policy and procedures
- Provide a feedback about territories performance company products and competitor activity
- Ensure orders delivery and solve customer complaints also control overdue accounts
- Provide One day coach with each team member
- Work closely with company department for reviewing, updating business action plan providing shared opportunities, feedback and sales figures.
- Maintain timely and effectively administrative procedures.
- Communicate openly with each team member to ensure team stability, work follow and reduce team member turn over also screening for new hire.
Job Requirements
- Experience: with at least 7 years of experience on pharmaceutical companies on sales and promotion.
- Education: Medical background is a must.
- Management span: to manage 4 district managers and 40 Med. Reps.
- Extensive pharmaceutical experience
- Holding managerial position for at least 4 years
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Leadership ability
- Results oriented
