Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the easy on going operation of the School and provide necessary support for related departments  to achieve positive and healthy education environment and students welfare in addition to daily routine clerical duties.
  • Manage office related matters.
  • Orgnaize meetings and take minutes when needed.
  • Orgnaize events, travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Keep all office supplies in stock.
  • Maintain filling and archiving system.
  • Keep updated records of department.
  • Receive department visitors and take appointments.
  • Provide translation from Arabic to English & vise versa.
