Job Description

  • Perform comprehensive analysis of own and competitor products
  •  Work on building & enhancing business ties and networks by calling & holding businessmeetings with potential clients
  • Actively assists in Marketing the fruits & vegetables products range in the EU Region by making use of the Sales Team and Agents
  • Achieve target market development and sales targets in the assigned area for OUD’sagricultural sector.
  • Will cross-train and work closely with all Professional Agriculture Sales Teams.
  • Implement account and regional business plans that achieve sales objectives
  • Manages company resources for highest ROFE (return on funds expended); expenses, marketing funds, advertising guidance, company equipment, etc.
  • Completes administrative and reporting responsibilities as requested
  •  Quarterly reviews Market Business Plans and modifies to achieve best results
  • Actively participates in key industry associates, trade shows, seminars, and meetings
  • Provides Director of Sales, Business Manager, and continual marketplace feedback, product management suggestions, product sales forecasts, and key business opportunities
  • Hold presentations, seminars and directions for production engineering teams

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.S. or M.S. in business, agriculture or related field
  • 10 years of proven experience at agricultural sales market
  • 3 years in as a Sales Manager with a successful record
