Job Description
- Prepare accounting records and journal entries.
- Maintain and register the records of all incoming invoices and bank reconciliations.
- Develop and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Assist other financial monthly reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to procedural standards.
- Update records data into computer system using Oracle.
Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor degree in Commerce (DGCI)
- Must be (excellent/ very good) in French
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
- Willing to travel
- Good Leadership skills and rapid follow up.
