Job Description

  • Responsible for the whole project during different phases and life times.
  • Able to manage HR efficiently and effectively.
  • Able to develop the different required Master plans according to the project nature.
  • Able to develop strong customer relationship during the project life cycles.
  • Able to manage hard customers.
  • manage conflict within teams and within customer.
  • develop the business by sensing the customer pain points and managing customer expectations.
  • Able to report all information required by different stakeholders in the agreed formats and on time.
  • Responsible for the Project Financial Statement and keep them healthy during the project lifetimes.
  • Having estimation and prediction skills to manage future phases of the project effectively and efficiently.
  • Studing Market and industry directions.
  • Increasing the Market share.
  • Increaing Sales Orders.
  • analyzing and Controlling the BU Cost (Direct and Indirect parts).
  • Enhancing CRM within BU dimensions.
  • Building relations with Customers and Suppliers to maximize the Benefits of Company.
  • Owner of Feasibility and Opportunities studies.
  • Owner Of BU Budget controlling.
  • responsible of Operational systemization and putting processes/procedures and Templates.
  • be part of the Organization decision making committee related to BU strategic directions.
  • periodic formal reporting of all BU Dimensions.
  • Responsible for evaluating Project Managers and Coordinators.
  • Responsible for Training Plan approval and monitor for whole BU.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. in Telecommunications Engineering.
  • minimum 7 Years of experience in Telecom Industry. 3 years of them at least as manager.
  • PMP, Price2 or ITIL is a plus.
  • high communication skills.
  • able to work under pressure.
  • Organized thinking.
  • ability to negotiate for the maximum benefits of Company.
  • able to develop the business by sensing the customer pain points and managing customer expectations.
  • Having estimation and prediction skills to manage future phases of the project effectively and efficiently.
  • Good Communication skills will all levels and kinds of Stakeholders.
  • Having PMP or Price2 is a plus.
