Job Description
- Plans, coordinates, and implements the organization’s information security.
- Educate users about computer security, install security software, monitor networks for security breaches, respond to attacks, and gather data and evidences of such attacks.
- Monitors all networks within organizational assignments and provide reports on a regular basis on security related activities.
- Performs primary contact interface with all security vendors as needed.
- Deploying & operating the platform systems.
- Provisioning new customer services.
- Installing all new solution, systems & solving all incompatibility problems.
- Problem management & troubleshooting for all the hosting solutions problems.
- Monitor systems performance & capacity
- Perform administration, second level support, & regular systems maintenance functions for the hardware & software.
- Working with other technical teams & customers to solve technical problems if needed.
- Acting as on-call support for any problems escalation out of working hours.
- Participation in the planning, designing & testing the new solutions.
- Implementing the security procedures for the platform systems.
- Working with & supervise vendors when necessary to assure quality installations & maintenance of the hardware & software of the platform systems.
- Network trouble shooting / Technical Support and trouble shooting.
- Reviews, evaluates, and approves proposals for hardware or software acquisition.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in computer science/ Information technology or a relevant field is preferable.
- 3-5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in job description.
