Product Specialist - Medical Equipment

Product Specialists are required for a company working in Medical Equipment in Egypt, Resident in Cairo, Alexandria, El-Gharbia, Kafr El-Sheikh, El-Sharqia, El-Dakahlia.


Job Responsibilities

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Analyze the market and competitive situation using existing customers, competitive and market data.
• Develop and execute product market plans that achieves business objectives and marketing goals.
• Develop product launch strategies including launch deliverables, brand guidelines and decencies.
• Strategically plan and initiate product campaigns.
• Measure marketing efforts and monitors marketing metrics to determine performance against goals.
• Regularly meet with customers and stakeholders.
• Share customer learning and insights with fellow employees.
• Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability.
• Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company Standards.
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
• Reports to the Field Sales Manager.
• Responds to the customer support requirements of the supported team, including account management.
• Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Present proposals to the customers and follow up on them.
• Prepare market survey reports on regular basis.
• Present his daily activities through company system (SAP).
• Follow up on all selling process including receiving and installation of the devices.
• Follow up on the collection process as agreed with the client with coordination with finance department.
• This position may be assigned to support a geography or one or more named account teams.
