Job Description

Candidate Job Duties:
  • Performs administrative duties for executive management
  • screening calls; managing calendars; data entry, meeting and event arrangements
  • Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience
  • Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
  • Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
  • Staff in this category also may have the title of department assistant, coordinator or associate

Job Requirements

  • 0 :3 years Experience
  • English is a must.
  • Fresh Grades are welcomed
