Initiating the work plan for all stores under his span of control including personnel and operational follow up.
Maintaining an adequate stock level for all items stored and adequate supplies at the right time to maintain continuation of work.
Issuing the necessary management reports to departments’ managers and the Commercial Division showing stores movements.
Supervising all stores keepers and all stores personnel to enhance work discipline.
Reviewing document cycles for every store (adding items/ dispensing items/ returnable/ returnable to suppliers) to ensure procedures are correct.
Following up on the dead stock and dispose scrap items by selling them after having proper approvals.
Responsible for executing the results of the monthly and the yearly inventory plan.
Training warehousing personnel on the new technology for stores control and ensure following the company policies and procedures.
Managing the execution of all Company’s quality and HSE policies and procedures in the department.
